Distill

Distill is a no-login AI article summarizer that turns any URL or pasted text into a clean, structured summary, published instantly to a public feed.

Distill has no accounts and no dashboard — paste a URL or a block of text, and it returns a structured summary with a title and formatted key points. Every summary generated by any visitor is published immediately to a single public page, which serves double duty as the submission form and the running archive. There's no draft state and no review step between generation and publication, by design — the whole point is zero friction from article to summary. The same landing page doubles as the index, so a first-time visitor sees exactly what the tool produces before submitting anything of their own.

The prompt

A small webapp that automatically sums up text articles sent or links, into a structured summary, with titles and nice formatting. No login required, all summed up articles show up on the landing page, that serves as both index for summed up articles, and input.

What it does

  • Submit an article via URL or paste raw text for instant AI summarization
  • Structured summary output with title, key points, and formatted sections
  • Public index page listing all past summaries, newest first
  • Single-page UI that combines the submission form and the summary archive
