- ✦AI concierge chat that answers FAQs (aftercare, price ranges, walk-ins, age, touch-ups), handles rescheduling and cancellations, flags urgent health issues such as allergic reactions to staff, and sends custom-design requests to the artist's inbox
- ✦Lead capture: a free consultation form for visitors who leave without booking, plus email signup for flash sale drops and guest artist announcements
